My exam has been cancelled, can is reschedule.
Due to the current uncertainty caused by the novel COVID-19 outbreak, we have provided the option for either a transfer or refund. Kindly send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferred option.
How can I apply for a refund for a cancelled/suspended exam?
If your exams has been suspended, we will be in contact via email to find a suitable time to reschedule your exam.
We will be refunding all cancelled exams via the payment method used at purchase.
How long will British Council exams be suspended?
In line with the directives of the Ugandan Government and to protect the health of our test-takers and test day personnel. We have taken steps to resume testing in Kampala test centres. Booking is open for tests.

When and how will I receive my exam results?
We are currently working to ensure there are no delays in the release of results online or in dispatch of the results. However, we’ll update all test-takers on the status of their results via email communication, if you do not receive a communication, kindly contact us via email@example.com
How can I obtain my test certificate right now?
Because our offices are temporarily closed due to the directives from the Ugandan government, there is an arrangement to dispatch all TRFs to the addresses entered by the test-takers.
In the meantime, you can check your results online by visiting the test taker portal
